My “HOLY CRAP!” Moment
Welcome to my “HOLY CRAP!” moment.
At first glance, you may just see a not so glamorous woman in her 40s but take a second look. In two months of only working out 30 minutes for 3 times a week (and let’s not forget the holidays of Thanksgiving & Christmas in there), I have gone from a size 14/16 to a size 8/10.
Let me preface this by saying I am 5’10” so I’m not a small woman to begin with:
I started out at 175lbs and 34% bodyfat. I now weigh 165 and have 29% bodyfat.
That’s in less than 24 workouts. Thank you, Jonathan!!!
