Finding My Spark
I stepped on the scale last night to discover that I had lost 3% bodyfat in the past week. The only difference in my exercise & diet was 2 minutes of Tabata training on Sunday (insignificant) and the integration of Spark into my diet.
I’ve been drinking Spark every day, specifically every afternoon when that afternoon drag hits. It would appear that in addition to keeping me awake and alert, something in Spark has also boosted my fat burning processes.
