De-stressing at the Gym
I’m not a talker. Lately there’s been a lot if talk in my life and I’d found myself getting ground down by it. Last night, after I put the kids to bed, I packed up for the gym and had the most wonderful evening!
All totaled, I moved 27,600lbs and did 30 minutes of high-intensity aerobic work. Buh-bye stress!
This morning, I weighed in two pounds lighter. Yeah…that’s how you de-stress.
