Advocare 24 Day Challenge – Day 5

I weighed in at 185 today. I’m okay with that though. Rome wasn’t built in a day, nor were my saddlebags.
Confession: I accidentally (yeah, right) ate a handful of M&M’s before I could scold myself into submission. Then I had a late dinner last night.
Yeah, I’m still waiting for the poo fairy to arrive.
I should have eaten more salad.
Other than those incidents, I’m sticking to the Advocare 24 Day Challenge program.
I’m using my Advocare 24 Day Challenge app to track Breakfast, Morning snack, Lunch, Afternoon snack, Dinner, and an Evening snack. It also tracks my water intake and workouts.
Oh, jeez! I didn’t get a chance to exercise yesterday!
Gee, that might have some bearing on the scale situation, huh? (Yeah, I was lazy and now I’m paying for it. Shame on me. Anybody got a T-Rex that needs a run?)
I’m sure everything will go back to usual and I’ll show some weight (or fat) loss tomorrow.
Only 5 days left on the Herbal Cleanse. After the cleanse, Advocare pulls out the big guns and then we’re talking thermogenic annihilation!
Hopefully I’ll have some progress to report tomorrow.
