Advocare 24 Day Challenge: My 1st Day

I’d forgotten to mention my starting measurements. If you’re feeling overly critical, please stop reading here. I always hate reading success stories that don’t include height, weight, and measurements so I’ll know if the story is relatable or not. Hopefully, somewhere, there’s another 47-year-old who stands at 5’7”, weighs 187lbs, and has similar measurements, who now realizes she’s not alone in her battle. Otherwise, I’ll have bared all my secrets for nothing.
My ultimate goal is 150lbs and 20% bodyfat.
Day 1 went well.
I stuck to the program, thanks to the handy free app for my phone and the excellent multi-page pdf that I printed out so I could put the appropriate pages on my fridge.
Advocare has made this a complete no-brainer that anyone can do with whatever foods they enjoy. (Minus the junk foods, of course.) If you have eggs and/or lean meats, whole grains, fresh fruits & vegetables in your kitchen, you’re going to be just fine!
Here’s an example of how awesome this plan is:
For dinner, I had a hamburger on an Ezekiel bun with ketchup and fresh spinach leaves. Totally allowed!
