  1. Lisa Pietsch is one of my favorite authors. I admire her and love reading what she has coming next.
If you have never read her work. Make sure to pick up Book 1 of Task Force. “The Path To Freedom”. You will not want to put it down and when you are done you will want book two.

  4. Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same results.

    • I don’t know what to say. I’ve checked it with the latest versions of Explorer and Firefox and they both seem to load all the photos. Sorry about the inconvenience.
      Thank you for reading! :-)

  5. I Love coming here…its like rooting around through your brain when you arent looking

  6. Awesome machine gun and yes, tequila is a food group as is vodka.

  7. Jeannette Priestley

Wow. Love these stories. Waiting patiently for #3

  8. Oh and by the way… You Rock! Just read your bio… Of course my first instinct was to find out when the next book was coming out and THEN read your bio. Damn girl you’re awesome! Had no idea there was actual experience behind those skills you write about. Wish we had a fat camp near here. Lol could use some training to get this bod back to where it used to be! Lol thanks for an exciting read!

    • Thanks, Stefanie!
I’ve been lucky and led a very interesting life. It parallels Sarah’s more than you might guess.
My dream for years has been to buy some property in the desert and recreate Sarah’s experience for campers.

  9. I just finished reading both of your books. Wow they were great I loved Both of them (a path to freedom and taste of liberty) you can’t leave us hanging with the ending. Lol. I can’t wait for the next one to come out.

  10. Holy hannah! What a great series I love task force 125-would be a great movie! Im anxiously awaiting Freedoms Promise. I feel like a junkie who needs a fix!

  11. I have read the first three Task Force books, and can’t wait for Stealing Liberties. The stories have a great blend of romance and adventure that keep you rooting for the good guy.

  12. Do you have a release date set for Stealing Liberties?

  13. Lisa is my comrad in arms. One of the best damn troops I ever served with. Definately on my top 10 list of people to go to war with. Damn proud she’s made a go at it and is doing well. Makes an ol’ sarge smile. HUAH!!

  14. Aloha from Hawaii! I bought my wife a Kindle Fire last Christmas and it was the very best investment in our marriage in the past 30 years! I have learned so much about her just from the kinds of books she reads (who knew she enjoys erotica?!?!), things I never knew about her before! She shared with me your Task Force 125 series, and I just finished all 3 volumes. You are an awesome writer and I really enjoyed the books. The characters and situations you put Sarah, Vince and the gang into kept me rivited through all three volumes and I can hardly wait for the 4th one to be completed. (Get to writing girl!) I know I am in the middle of a good read when I put the book down and I “sense” the characters in the story looking out at me and saying “really? we are in the middle of this situation and you are just going to put the book down and leave us hanging in the middle of this s*it?” Your characterizations and situations and place descriptions are great prose and I really enjoy cheering the Task Force 125 team on. Thank you so very much for a few great hours of escapism into your worlds and keep up the good work. Please keep writing and give us more Task Force 125!

    • Wow, Jeff! Best fan letter EVER! Thanks!
I just received the cover for Stealing Liberties yesterday. I’ve also confirmed that the Editor of The Path to Freedom is going to come back and work with me on this project. I have a lot of editing and rewrites left to do in order to do this story justice but I hope to have it ready for holiday reading.
      Thanks again for the letter!

PS: If your wife likes erotica, I highly recommend picking up the latest books by Virginia Nelson or Saranna DeWylde. They’re friends of mine and write some pretty hot stuff.

  15. Lisa, I absolutely love your Task Force 125 books! I read all three within a few days. I’m bummed I have to wait until Nov. 9th for the next one. Keep the series going!!!

  16. I was trying to do the trick or treat and it wouldn’t let me comment so I will do it here. Joe Manganiello in True Blood is my answer.

  17. I just recently discovered Taskforce 125 and absolutely love them so much so that I read all the ones so far in a week! I just couldnt put them down. They are exactly what I have been looking for and I’m so happy that I found them. I cant wait for the next one :)

  18. Read all (4) books on Task Force 125 and loved…certainly did not expect that twist in the end….are you going to continue the series? In love with all the characters. When can we expect Book 5?

    Thank you…

    • Thanks for reading, Alicia! I love readers like you!
Yes, I do plan to continue the series. Book #5 is a little side mission for Brian. I’m working on it now and really would like to nail down the first draft this month.

  19. Please provide a date of the release when you can. I must admit that the ending of Book 4 left me a bit sad as I was hoping Sarah and Vince would stay together, but I guess one can never predict the future. I also wonder if they will finally eliminate Nikolai once and for all. Looking forward to stories of Will, Chris, and Jason……keep up the good work!!

  20. Lisa, can’t find “The Patron Way” review anywhere on this site. Please advise. Also, author Ilana Edelstein will be back in LA tonight from NY where she’s just completed the first part of her media tour. Would you like to interview her?

    • Thanks, Dick.
The review will not be published in full on my personal site. It will be posted at http://www.tequilaaficionado.com. As I explained to Ilana, I found her story fascinating and will contact her with a link at Tequila Aficionado when I post it. I will also discuss the possibility of an interview with her at that time.

      Thanks for reaching out.

  21. Got it and many thanks!
