I used to think that if I helped other people achieve their dreams, they’d help me with mine. That was incredibly flawed thinking!

That thinking built great names, businesses and retirements for several people.

Do you know what that did for me?

Not a damned thing.

You can work your ass off, but when it comes down to it, that other person is going to take all the credit – and cash the checks.

The same can happen if you’re a business owner too. If someone else is known as the “face” of your business, it becomes very easy for them to simply let people believe that they do it all single-handedly.

We all have a genius. It’s your job to ensure you’re getting the credit for yours.
